Job Introduction

The Information Centre & IIS (Interruption Incentive Scheme)Team are responsible for Management Information / Key Performance Indicators,  Ofgems  Customer Guaranteed Standards, Complaint reporting  and Ofgems Information and Incentive Scheme annual audit.

The Information Centre & IIS Assistant will work as part of the Info Centre team, you will be responsible for high level Customer Complaint handling, Management Information monitoring and reporting, as well as Ofgems Guaranteed Standards and Information Incentive Scheme.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer complaint handling – logging, distributing and follow-up liaison with managers
  • Assisting in preparing and maintaining an ongoing system of management information for WPD.
  • Producing management information relating to Corporate Goals by collating, extracting and analysing data from several sources
  • Producing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information accurately and on time for issue to Directors and Senior Managers
  • Resolving questions raised by Directors and Senior Managers in relation to the management information produced
  • Monitoring and assisting in evaluating Customer Guaranteed Standards of Performance as per regulatory guidelines
  • Monitoring and assisting in evaluating Customer Guaranteed  Standards of Performance as per regulatory guidelines
  • Assisting the IIS team working towards the annual Interruption Incentive Scheme audit

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a reliable, well organised individual who can work well in a small team, representing the company positively at all times.

You should have a good knowledge of PC-based systems, in particular Microsoft Access and Excel spreadsheets, in addition to strong analytical skills.  You must also be able to communicate proficiently both verbally and in writing at all levels and have effective attention to detail.
